Dr. Tim Vidale is a Managing Partner of Harlem Woodbine, an investment firm focused on acquiring, developing, and scaling sports franchises and related sports assets across emerging and established markets. Combining deep expertise in sports performance, business operations, and strategic growth, Dr. Vidale brings a unique perspective to sports investing, shaped by years of experience working at the highest levels of professional athletics while building successful businesses. He embodies a unique combination of sports industry expertise, operational leadership, and investment acumen. Having spent his entire professional career in sports, he possesses firsthand experience across multiple facets of the industry, from athlete performance and healthcare to organizational operations, business development, and franchise growth. This perspective enables him to identify and create value in sports assets while understanding the critical drivers of long-term competitive and commercial success.
In addition to his role at Harlem Woodbine, Dr. Vidale is the Founder and CEO of Momentous Sports Medicine, a leading sports healthcare and performance company based in Washington, DC. Throughout his career, he has worked with some of the most respected organizations in professional and Olympic sports, including the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, the Minnesota Twins, and the Baltimore Ravens. These experiences have provided him with deep insight into the infrastructure, talent development systems, and operational frameworks that underpin successful sports organizations.
Beyond his business and investment activities, Dr. Vidale is committed to creating meaningful social impact. He is the founder of Momentous Impact, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding educational opportunities and supporting mental health initiatives in underserved communities.
