Meet Natasha Camy

Natasha Camy is a powerhouse leader at the intersection of sports, business, and legacy-building. A nationally respected NCAA Division I basketball official and one of the few African American women investors in the NBA Africa-affiliated Basketball Africa League, Camy is redefining what influence looks like both on and off the court.

With a career that spans officiating some of the most-watched games in women's college basketball history-including the 2025 Big 12 and Missouri Valley Conference Finals, and the record-breaking Elite 8 matchup between LSU and Iowa-Camy's résumé reflects excellence under pressure and historic achievement. She was part of the first all-Black women's officiating crew in Missouri Valley Conference history and has been a commanding presence across the Big Ten, SEC, B12, and more.

Off the court, Camy is an elite operator. She was named Philadelphia Magazine's 2024 Luminary Leader, featured in Forbes for shaping the future of basketball, and sits on influential boards such as the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau Diversity Advisory Board and The Next Room.

As the founder of Referee Ready Academy and Foundation, Camy is creating a national pipeline for referee development that prioritizes access, equity, and excellence. Her work trains the next generation of officials while empowering underrepresented voices through leadership, mentorship, and professional growth. Her camps and educational programming are transforming officiating culture across the country.

Camy is also the Co-Managing Partner of Harlem Woodbine, a mission-driven investment firm committed to advancing culture-forward ventures across sports, hospitality, and real estate. Under her leadership, Harlem Woodbine strategically channels capital into emerging markets, driving high-impact returns and unlocking long-term generational value for its partners and LPs.
